About

Emily Squadra is a licensed Oregon psilocybin facilitator passionate about holding space for “the helpers.” People who have experienced burnout in highly stressful positions, such as teachers, medical professionals, mothers, bakers, chefs, healers and so many more, deserve the same care they give others. As a culinary professional for over 15 years, Emily understands what it feels like to lose yourself in your work and forget the core of who you are after putting others ahead of yourself for so long.

Emily completed psychedelic facilitation training from The SoundMind Institute and InnerTrek, learning to hold safe, intentional and trauma informed psychedelic space for others so they can set down their burdens and come home to what they need to remember. She practices a “non-directive” approach to psilocybin experiences and believes that each person who comes to her is already on their own path towards embodying wholeness. She is endlessly inspired by wisdom keepers such as Sharon Blackie, Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Perdita Finn, Sophie Strand, Carl Strand, Tara Brading, Lindsey Mack, Marie-Louise von Franz, Robin Wall Kimmerer, John O'Donahue, Carl Jung, a local community of magical moon women and many more.

Emily grew up in the mountains above Boulder, Colorado, camping in the forest and cooking with her family. An avid urban forager and gardener, she is enchanted by the colorful gardens and fruit heavy on trees while walking through the ever-changing Portland neighborhoods with her dog. Emily believes cultivating your intrinsic connection to the Earth is the beginning of a nourishing and abundant lifepath towards collective care. She loves walking through her garden barefoot, picking ripe fruit off abundant tree branches in the summer and cooking a nourishing soup to share with friends in the winter. She is proud to call Portland, Oregon home.

“My friends, do not lose heart. We were made for these times. I have heard from so many recently who are deeply and properly bewildered...Yet, I urge you, ask you, gentle you, to please not spend your spirit dry by bewailing these difficult times. Especially do not lose hope. Most particularly because, the fact is that we were made for these times.”

~ Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés

Inviting people back home to themselves

Licensed Oregon Psilocybin Services

a time to remember
In our modern times, people have been drawn to psilocybin mushrooms to cure what ails them, but this fungus is far from new technology. Cultivating a relationship with these ancient mushrooms can bring hope and joy to one’s life. Respectfully and responsibly initiating an experience with psilocybin mushrooms has been invaluable for many people combatting existential dread or simply looking for a deeper connection to themselves and their community.

People have experienced an enhanced spirituality and freer flowing creativity resulting in a better quality of life. Clearing out the muck and tapping into things we thought we left behind in childhood, like joy, connection and clarity, have been propagated in abundance through this little mushroom.
